e-Learning
LERC is developing its knowledge and capacity in e-learning (or technology enhanced learning) particularly in how it relates to the transfer of lean thinking knowledge to employees in organisations. We are currently running an e-learning project called eLean , which is funded by the Welsh Assembly Government’s Knowledge Exploitation Fund.
Further developments are planned to take place in 2007 and 2008.
