Lloyd joined the centre in October 2010, working as a Knowledge Transfer Partnership Associate, based at the Yeo Valley Products in Somerset, working on a series of continuous improvement projects. Lloyd is a graduate of Warwick University, where he studies manufacturing and mechanical engineering. |

Ann leads the health and service group at LERC. Since 2001 she has undertaken extensive research in the UK and overseas healthcare sector, working with trusts and government agencies in their quest for improvement in patient service.
