Much of Owen 's career has been spent with Ford, primarily working at the engine plant in Bridgend, where he was part of the manufacturing team involved in Ford's transformation from mass to lean production. He was part of the first MSc in Lean Operations intake at Cardiff in 1999, and joined the centre in 2000, where he has since been involved in LEARN2 and the Accelerate Wales initiative. |
