Pauline Found

Pauline graduated with a B.A. from the Open University and a B.Sc. (Hons) from University of Wales in Cardiff in 1984. She then completed a post-graduate diploma in Environmental Management at Cardiff in 1986 and a Ph.D. at the University of Bristol in 1990. She was employed in industry for fifteen years, initially with BP Research and subsequently with Imperial Tobacco. She has had 18 years IT experience acting as Project Manager on the implementation of a number of core business systems including EFACS ERP and recently MFG-Pro and MP2. Between 1998-2002 she was employed as Purchasing and Operations Planning Manager. From 2002 until joining the IMRC within LERC she was employed as Factory Services Manager responsible for Purchasing, Logistics, Operations Planning, Quality and HR. She is currently completing an MBA in Supply Chain Management at Cardiff Business School. She is currently working on the IMRC project.
